A Milton woman is dead and another person has suffered life-threatening injuries following a 'wrong way' crash early Sunday in Milton.
Ontario Provincial Police say the 28-year-old woman was driving westbound in the eastbound lanes when she collided with another car near Guelph Line at around 3:30 a.m.
The Milton woman was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The other driver, a 22-year-old Brampton man, was rushed to a Toronto area hospital in life-threatening condition.
Both were the only occupants in their vehicles at the time of the crash.
East-bound lanes have reopened near the Guelph Line onramp after being closed for more than six hours for the investigation.
