On Tuesday April 28, 2015 at 10:05pm, a lone male suspect entered the Husky Gas Station at Trafalgar Road and Upper Middle Road in the Town of Oakville. The suspect demanded cash from the lone employee while concealing what appeared to be a black handgun in his hand. The suspect proceeded behind the counter and attempted to open the cash register but did not obtain any cash.

The suspect fled and was last seen on foot heading eastbound on Upper Middle road.  The employee was not injured during the incident.

Suspect is described as male, black, approximately 30 years, 6’2” with a medium / heavy build. He was wearing all black clothing with a black mask covering his face. It appeared he was carrying a black handgun in his right hand.

Investigators are attempting to gather surveillance footage/photos and if available will update.
