Bank of Montreal robbery in Oakville: Police Request Assistance

The Halton Regional Police Service is reaching out to the public to assist in identifying a suspect involved in a bank robbery in Downtown Oakville.

On Wednesday April 2nd, 2014, at approximately 10:15am, a lone male entered the Bank of Montreal located at 239 Lakeshore Rd E in the Town of Oakville. No weapons were seen or noticed by the employees of the bank, and thankfully there were no injuries.
The man was given a quantity of cash and he subsequently left the bank walking northbound on Dunn Street towards Church Street.

Suspect Description:

  • Male, white with a reddish complexion
  • Approximately 5’10” to 6’2”
  • Large build, 200-250 lbs
  • Chubby face with a wide jaw
  • Wearing blue jeans and a black hoodie with dark coloured plaid jacket
