On June 15th, 2014, a sixteen-year-old female contacted the Halton Regional Police to report an inappropriate sexual relationship with a cheerleading coach at her training center, Cheerforce Wolfpack, in the Town of Oakville.

Following an investigation by members of the Halton Regional Police Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Bureau, the accused was located and arrested without incident on June 17th, 2014.
Accused:

Jonathan O’Brien, 25 years, from Grimsby, is charged with:

  • Sexual Assault
  • Sexual Exploitation

The accused was released with a first appearance court date of Tuesday July 15th, 2014, Milton Court.
