The Halton Police Service is requesting the publics assistance in identifying a bank robbery suspect. On October 14th 2014, at approximately 3:30pm, the lone male suspect entered the National Bank located at 2680 Sheridan Garden Dr, Oakville.

The suspect approached the teller, indicated he had a weapon and demanded money. Bank personel complied with his request and an undisclosed amount of cash was provided to the suspect who then fled south on Winston Churchill Blvd, before heading east into mississauga.

No weapons were observed during the robbery, nor was anyone injured.

The male is described as white, 40 – 45years, 5’4″ – 5’8″, approximately 160lbs wearing a long sleeved dark green shirt, backwards dark coloured baseball hat, and glasses with a couple of days growth of facial hair.

Altough a weapon was not seen, if the suspect is located do not approach him. Immediately call 9-1-1 and report his locationto the police.
