During the summer of 2014, an officer acting in an undercover capacity purchased cocaine from an Oakville resident; Sean LODGE on three separate occasions.

On August 28th 2014, members of the Drug, Gun and Gang Unit arrested LODGE for trafficking a controlled substance. Subsequently, police executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at LODGE’S Oakville apartment. Police seized the following items:

• 5.25 grams cocaine
• $1,155 in Canadian currency
• 300 grams of cutting agent
• Packaging materials
• Other indicia of trafficking
• 3 grams psilocybin.

Sean LODGE was charged with the following offences:

  • Trafficking a controlled substance (3 counts)
  • Possession of a controlled substance (2 counts)
  • Fail to Comply with a Probation Order

Sean LODGE was held for a bail hearing.
