It is that time of year again for the bargain hunters. Downtown Oakville is hosting it’s annual sidewalk sale this weekend from Thursday June 19 until Sunday June 22, 2014 at 6:00 PM. 

There will be something for everyone to enjoy this year at Downtown Oakville’s 41st Sidewalk Sale including wandering minstrels from Miriam School of Music, wine tasting from 26 wineries that make up the Wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Budds Chevy will be bringing out their cars of summer, along with great values from Oakville finest stores.

Several new stores have opened in town since last year, and here’s a little about each of them along with the terrific discounts they’ll be offering.

  • Maska brings together Italian high fashion women’s wear at accessible prices. Prices will start as low as $29.99 with discounts up to 70 percent.
  • Island View by Lilly Puiltzer brings the bright and cheerful designs of inspired by the vibrant colours of sunny florida. Discount information Not Available at post time.
  • Anthropologie with it’s assortment of bohemian inspired house and ladies fashions. Discount information Not Available at post time.
  • IronGate offers up an plethora patio furniture, bronze sculptures, and wrought iron garden accessories. Discount information Not Available at post time.
  • Black Caviar shows how to live a beautiful life whether it be fashion, beauty products art or accessories. They’ll be offering 30 percent off on Spring fashion and up to 70 percent on selected items.
  • James Perce LA designs with a  Malibu sense of style using luxurious fabrics to create comfortable clothes for both ladies and gents. No discounts this will be offered since the store has just opened.
  • Pretty Thingz with fashion and silver jewelry starting at just $10 from over 30 countries and 100 different sources will have something for every taste and outfit. Free earrings while supplies last with no purchase necessary along with a 15 percent discount on all store items.

 

Stores will be open during there  normal business hours: Thursday 10 to 7, Friday 10 to 7, Saturday 10 to 6, and  Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM.

So grab your purse or wallet and stroll along in historic downtown Oakville.
