Drug Investigation: Three Arrests in Oakville

imgresDuring the winter of 2013, members of the Oakville Strategic Support Team (S.S.T.) began an investigation into an alleged drug trafficker operating in the Sixth Line area of Oakville.

On Thursday, March 14th, two men were arrested after they delivered a quantity of cocaine to a residence located at 1450 Sixth Line, Unit # 19, in Oakville. During an ensuing search police discovered that the men were in possession of both cocaine and marijuana,  a digital scale, three cell phones, and $1,100 in cash.

A Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant was subsequently obtained for the residence located at 1450 Sixth Line, Unit # 19. Upon execution of the search warrant police arrested one man inside of the residence, and seized approximately 1.5 ounces of cocaine, 3/4 of an ounce of cannabis marijuana  two cell phones, and drug packaging.

Arrested in relation to this investigation are: 

Christopher ATKINSON (23 years old) of Toronto, Richard SHERIDAN ( 24 years old) of Toronto and James CROWE ( 34 years old)  is charged with trafficking a controlled substance (cocaine) and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana – less than 30 grams) .


All of the aforementioned persons were released from custody after signing both a Promise to Appear and an Undertaking.
