Though we will not see much of the sun today, it will rise at 7:00 PM. We are already at plus 4 this morning. By this afternoon the temperature will continue to rise to plus 10, with a 40 percent chance of rain showers. The wind is coming East this morning, and then moves to the West. The sun sets at 7:45 PM. It is a perfect day to pull out that new spring coat, and don’t forget your umbrella. Have a great day!
