Snow, snow and more snow. Yup, Oakville is having its first real snow day with accumulations expected to reach 15 cm, but there likely will be more by the lake. On top of the snow we are sitting at minus 11 with today’s high expected to reach minus eight. The wind continues to play a factor with average speeds of 35 km/h and gusts topping 50 km/h. The windchill effect is going to make it feel nine degrees colder. Sunrise was at 7:44 AM and the sun will set at 7:42 AM. Driving will be difficult today, so please use extra caution.
