Weather: Windchill Warning

There is still a windchill warning for this morning as the temperature starts off at minus 16, but with the windchill it feels like minus 28. As the sun rises at 7:38 AM the temperature will climb to minus 10. The winds continue to be strong with an average speed of 30 km/h with gusts up to 60 km/h. The temperature will only drop a couple of degrees to minus 12 after the sun sets at 5:25 PM. The sun will be competing with the clouds for space in the sky, and there is only a 30 percent chance of snow.
