Douglas Gibson is a prominent figure in the Canadian literary world having worn the hats of writer, editor and publisher. In his newest memoir, Across Canada By Story, Gibson shares stories about great Canadian writers like W.O Mitchell, Alice Munro, Margaret Atwood, Michael Ondaatje and many others. National Post columnist Philip Marchland has praised it as a superb collection of anecdotes. This event is presented in partnership with A Different Drummer Books; copies of Douglas’ work will be available for purchase on-site.
