FREE Fitness Sundays and Bring-a-Friend in June
June is Recreation and Parks Month! To celebrate, you’re invited to try our fitness facilities and drop-in classes for FREE (ages 14+ only).

Every Sunday in June, from 8 a.m.to 7 p.m., you can try out the exercise and weight equipment or drop-in for a fitness class at Glen Abbey, Iroquois Ridge or River Oaks fitness centres.

Have a membership (not including non-prime-time fitness) or pay-as-you-go already? Bring a friend to a June Cardio Interval (Tuesdays, 6-7 p.m.) or Body Sculpt (Thursdays, 6:05-7:05 p.m.) class at Iroquois Ridge Community Centre for FREE! Pay-as-you-go clients can pay one admission for themselves and a friend to participate.
