PLEASE ATTEND, if you want to protect Fourteen Mile Valley and the greenlands surrounding it on the Merton Lands.
Find out what you can do!
Find out how a Greenbelt designation ( provincial ) can add a layer of protection to preserve these vital greenspaces and how Deerfield Golf Course and the Third Line Lands could remain open space, protected from development.

The residents of 14 Mile Creek, Oakvillegreen, the Town of Oakville, and the Region of Halton are in support of expanding the Greenbelt in Oakville.
Kevin Flynn, the Member of Provincial Parliament (MPP) for Oakville, is holding an information session to answer any questions about the issue and the process. A representative from the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing and from the Friends of the Greenbelt Association will also be there to contribute their expertise.

(Friends of the Greenbelt Association operates independently from the government to coordinate and fund activities that bolster the richness of life in the Greenbelt.)

RSVP strongly suggested but not required.
Please RSVP by email at kflynn.mpp.co@liberal.ola.org or by phone at 905-827-5141
