Recommendation:
That Heritage Permit Application HP013/17-42.20R for window replacement at 326 Reynolds Street, as attached in Appendix B to the report dated May 16, 2017 from Planning Services, be refused.

 

 

  b. Heritage Permit Application HP026/17-42.20R – 376 Reynolds Street – Demolition of Shed and Construction of Detached Garage 43-60

Recommendation:
That Heritage Permit Application HP026/17-42.20R for the demolition of an existing shed and construction of a new detached garage at
376 Reynolds Street, as attached in Appendix B to the report dated
June 14, 2017 from Planning Services, be approved.

 

 

  c. Heritage Permit Application HP027/17-42.20U – 417 Union Street – Demolition of Non-Historic House and Construction of House 61-98

Recommendation:
1. That Heritage Permit Application HP027/17-42.20U for the demolition of the existing house and the construction of a new two-storey house, as attached in Appendix B to the report dated June 14, 2017 from Planning Services, be approved subject to final details on the roofing being submitted to Heritage Planning staff for final approval; and

 

2. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.

 

 

  d. Heritage Permit Application HP020/17-42.20K – 262 King Street – Construction of New House 99-118

June 14, 2017
 

 

Recommendation:
1. That Heritage Permit Application HP020/17-42.20K for the construction of a new two-storey house, as attached in Appendix B to the report dated June 14, 2017 from Planning Services, be approved subject to a condition requiring that the final details on the siding, roofing, windows, and doors be submitted to Heritage Planning staff for final approval.

 

2. That this heritage permit expire two years from the date of final approval by Council.

Recommendation:
That a notice of intention to designate be issued for the property at
3451 Tremaine Road.

Recommendation:
That the Heritage Oakville Advisory Committee endorse the proposed “List of Changes” to the Updated First and Second Street Heritage Conservation District Plan and Guidelines attached as Appendix “A” to the report dated June 13, 2017 from the Planning Services and Legal Departments, and recommend the “List of Changes” to Town Council for approval.
