Did you know that the University of Guelph has a Honey Bee Research Centre?
Paul Kelly, Apiary Manager from the Centre is our first guest. He’ll give you incentive to learn more about these important pollinators and how you can plan your garden to provide nectar.

Make a $6 donation to the Honey Bee Research Centre and you will receive a 500 gm jar of their honey!

Did you know that Glenorchy and Wildflower Woods are Oakville’s two newest Conservation Areas? Do you know where they are, or what natural features make them unique? Nigel Finney of Conservation Halton is our second guest who will help you discover Wild Oakville!
