Kevin is the Director of Change Works Interactive, an organization providing counselling to youth, adults and families. Kevin is an educator, therapist, coach and personal trainer.

Life is full of challenges. Unfortunately, the stress treadmill of modern life means that your alarm system rarely has any downtime. That’s why managing your stress is so important. Stress management gives you a range of tools designed to reprogram your fear and danger circuitry. Without stress management, your body is always on high alert. Over time, high levels of stress can deteriorate your health or your relationships. Whether it’s through activities like exercising, connecting with friends, getting adequate sleep or keeping a journal sometimes we need reminders to stay on track. The focus of this talk will be recognizing when stress is getting in the way of positive relationships and having tools to re balance.
