Oakville Public Library is thrilled to present three authors with their latest novels. With A Trial in Venice, Roberta Rich concludes her bestselling historical trilogy; this lively novel is a breathtaking follow up to The Midwife of Venice and The Harlem Midwife. Emily Schultz’s previous novels include Heaven is Small and Blondes, both of which were finalists for the Trillium Award. Her new novel, Men Walking on Water, is a compelling story about rum-running in the 1920′s. Eva Stachniak, author of The Winter Palace and Empress of the Night, tells the story of Bronia Nijinska in The Chosen Maiden. Nijinska was a gifted dancer and choreographer overshadowed by her brilliant brother Vaslav Nijinski. All three authors will be talking about their works and will be available for book signing.
