Halton Region is launching its annual Pumpkins to Pastries Trail, running from September 12 to October 31, 2106. The Region invites Halton residents and visitors to join the Trail which highlights all the best local cuisine, on-farm markets, specialty shops, events and attractions in Halton.

The Pumpkins to Pastries Trail will help you enjoy the best of the harvest season in Halton. Halton truly has something for everyone. With this guide to the community’s local farms and markets, family-friendly attractions, boutique shopping and gourmet restaurants, you can discover everything our region has to offer this fall.

The Trail showcases how agriculture is thriving in Halton and is a great opportunity for residents and visitors to get a taste of the Harvest season by exploring the region’s local offerings and seeing the people and places that offer and produce local food. As an exciting new feature this year, trail participants can snap and win with Halton Region’s Selfie Contest! Simply snap a selfie on the Trail and post the picture on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #p2ptrail to enter for a chance to win a prize basket of fantastic local offerings.
