Personal documents lying around your house or small business are an identity thief’s treasure.

On Halloween, come ‘Feed the Beast’ to safely and securely dispose documents containing sensitive personal information. You will be helping protect your identity and your clients’ identity while supporting Crime Stoppers of Halton at its community shred fundraising event.

Between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., Saturday, October 31, FileBank will generously position their mobile truck – The Beast – at the Halton Region Centre, 1151 Bronte Road (lot A), in Oakville.

Feed The Beast and you will have your unwanted documents shredded right before your eyes at specially reduced prices.

Price per volume:

  1. $5 for a grocery bag;
  2. $10 for a banker’s box;
  3. $15 for a large box.

Cash only, please.

All proceeds support Crime Stoppers of Halton that helps make Halton one of the safest regional municipalities in Canada to raise a family and do business.

“At Crime Stoppers of Halton, we’re very grateful for our partnership with FileBank that lets us bring this popular and important event to the community. The Beast is awesome and FileBank’s highly-trained employees always provide first-class service,” said Norm Bellefontaine, chair of Crime Stoppers of Halton.
