On Thursday, December 22, 2016 at approximately 5:40 pm, a lone suspect entered the Westoak Convenience store located at 2251 Westoak Trail Blvd in Oakville. The convenience store is located north of Upper Middle and just east of 4th Line in the community of West Oak Trails.

The suspect brandished a knife and demanded cash from the employee. Upon receiving a quantity of cash he left the store and ran from the area in an unknown direction.

The store employee was not physically injured during the incident.

Suspect was described as a white male, approximately 6ft tall, with a medium build. He was wearing a black balaclava, black gloves, black Adidas jacket with a Toronto Raptors emblem on the left side, blue jeans and brown shoes. Suspect carried a knife in his left hand.
