There are numerous people who continue to evade the police and the court system and continue to live out in our communities while having a warrant for their arrest in place.

Every Friday, Halton Regional Police Offender Management Unit will share information on a wanted person in hopes that the public can assist in locating the individual.

We will share Fugitive Friday information on our website and via social media through our website.

In this edition of Fugitive Friday for 2016 the 2 District, Oakville Offender Management Unit is searching for Fahad SHAH 27 years of Oakville, Ontario.

It is alleged:

  • In September 2014, SHAH was involved in an incident in the Town of Oakville where he swarmed and assaulted a victim with several other accomplices. The victim’s personal property was further stolen by one of the members of the group.
  • SHAH has since been arrested for the assault and was given a court date to answer to the charge.
  • SHAH has since failed to appear for his court date and his whereabouts are unknown.
    A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

He is now wanted by Halton Regional Police Service for:

  • Assault
  • Fail to Attend Court

SHAH is described as 6’4”, 130 lbs, black hair and brown eyes.

SHAH is known to frequent Oakville, Burlington and the surrounding areas.
