There are numerous people who continue to evade the police and the court system and continue to live out in our communities while having a warrant for their arrest in place.

Every Friday, Halton Regional Police Offender Management Unit will share information on a wanted person in hopes that the public can assist in locating the individual.

In this edition of Fugitive Friday for July 1st, 2016, the 2 District, Oakville Offender Management Unit is searching for Desi LIBERATORE 20 years of Oakville ON.

It is alleged:

  1. In July of 2014 LIBERATORE was arrested for shoplifting at a Walmart in Burlington.
  2. In August of 2014 LIBERATORE was involved in another theft where he stole a lap top computer.
  3. In April of 2015 LIBERATORE was arrested for Mischief Under $5000 as he was spray painting bridges along the QEW.
  4. LIBERATORE has since failed to appear for court for these offences.
  5. LIBERATORE has also breached his Recognizance by failing to obey his curfew at his residence.
  6. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

He is now wanted by Halton Regional Police Service for:

  1. Theft Under $5000 – 2 Counts
  2. Fail to Attend Court – 2 Counts
  3. Mischief Under $5000
  4. Fail to Comply with Recognizance

LIBERATORE is described as 5’8”, 160 lbs with black hair and hazel eyes.

LIBERATORE is known to frequent Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Hamilton and the surrounding areas.
