Investigators from the Oakville Criminal Investigations Bureau have arrested and charged three suspects with several criminal offences stemming from an incident at a Sport Chek store in Oakville on June 1st 2015.

Gerome GIUDICE, 26 years of Innisfil is charged with Robbery and Theft Under $5000.00. GIUDICE will appear in Milton Court on July 21st 2015.
Christian SZEP, 30 years of Mississauga is charged with Robbery and Theft Under $5000.00. SZEP will appear in Milton Court on July 7th 2015.
Logan LAL, 20 years of Mississauga, is charged with Robbery and Breach of Probation x 3. LAL was held for a bail hearing.

On June 1st 2015 at approximately 8:15 pm two suspects entered a Sport Chek store located at Winston Churchill Boulevard and Dundas Street West in the Town of Oakville. The suspects selected several hockey sticks before exiting the store without paying for the items. A store employee followed the suspects outside where one suspect indicated he had a gun, however no gun was observed at the time. The employee returned to the store unharmed and police were notified. The suspects left the area on foot.

Suspect 1: Male White, 20 to 25 years, approximately 6’ tall, thin build, short brown hair and clean shaven. He was wearing a yellow sweater, blue jacket and baggy pants.

Suspect 2: Male, possibly European or Middle-Eastern, 25 to 30 years, approximately 5’ 5” tall, medium build, longer shaggy black hair and clean shaven. He was wearing a blue ‘adidas’ sweater and jeans.
