Lee Raffman charged with Robbery of an Oakville Business

On February 7th 2017, Halton Regional Police responded to a report of a break and enter at a commercial business located at 1275 North Service Road West, Oakville between 3rd Line and 4th Line. The break-in occurred on February 6, 2017 at approximately 10:00 PM. A lone suspect had forced entry into the premise and stole a quantity of laptops and other office items.

Subsequent investigation by members of the Oakville Criminal Investigations Bureau, identified a suspect believed to be responsible for the incident.

On February 21st 2017, investigators executed a search warrant at a Mississauga residence and recovered a quantity of stolen property related to the incident. A suspect was also arrested at this time.


Lee RAFFMAN, 56 years of Mississauga has been charged with the following offences and held for a bail hearing.

  1. Break & Enter
  2. Disguise with Intent
  3. Possession of Break-In Instrument
  4. Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
  5. Fail to Comply with a Probation Order (3 counts)
  6. Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cannabis)
