The Halton Regional Police Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit investigated an incident of historical sexual assault allegedly perpetrated by a medical doctor in Oakville. The victim in this matter was an adult female patient. As a result of the investigation Dr. Clarence Clottey, 56 years, of Oakville was arrested again on February 14th, 2017 and is charged with one count of sexual assault.

The Halton Regional Police Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit investigated an incident of historical sexual assault allegedly perpetrated by a medical doctor in Oakville.

The victim in this matter was an adult female patient. As a result of the investigation Dr. Clarence Clottey, 56 years, of Oakville was arrested on January 21st, 2017 and is charged with one count of sexual assault.

The Halton Regional Police Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit have charged Dr. Clarence Clottey with an additional charge of Sexual Assault.

After the initial charge of sexual assault was made public public on November 25, 2016.

Dr. Clarence Clottey is a medical doctor in Oakville, Ontario, who is a 56 year old male. This second charge of sexual assault is in relation to an alleged incident that occurred in 2015. This second victim was also an adult female patient of Dr. Clottey.

Victims of sexual assault are strongly encouraged to contact the Halton Regional Police as soon as possible. Alleged perpetrators of sexual assault frequently have committed multiple sexual assaults on a multitude of victims.
