On August 29th, 2015 a young female contacted the Halton Regional Police to report inappropriate sexual touching by her Oakville driving instructor who was working, in the Town of Oakville.
The instructor was employed by Ultimate Drivers, which has 10 locations across Southern Ontario. The Oakville School is located off Speers Road. The driving instructor charged is Basam JAJO, or more commonly known as “BJ” to his students, started at Ultimate Drivers in 2010. Ultimate Drivers has been extremely cooperative with the investigation and the accused has been terminated.
An investigation was conducted by the Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Bureau which revealed the inappropriate sexual behaviour occurred from May – August 2015.
On September 1st, 2015 the accused was arrested without incident.

The accused was released with a first appearance court date of Tuesday October 6th, 2015, Milton Court.
