On Tuesday October 8th 2013, members of the Integrated Drug, Gun and Gang Unit arrested Maximilian Massiah for several weapons offences.  Police were acting on information received from the Canada Border Services Agency, as a package destined for Massiah’s home was intercepted at the Canada – USA border.

As a result of this multiagency investigation police seized:

o Four Stun Guns
o Two Pepper Spray Canisters
o Three sets of Brass Knuckles
o Six knives (Butterfly, Push Dagger, Switchblade).Maximilian Massiah (21 years of age) has been charged with the following offences:
• Importing a Prohibited Weapon Knowing it is Unauthorized (6 counts)
• Unauthorized Importing of a Prohibited Weapon (6 counts)
Massiahs was released on a Promise to Appear in court on November 19th at 9am in the Town of Milton.
