Halton Police Conclude Drug Investigation in Oakville with a Cocaine bust.

​In the spring of 2017, members of the Oakville Criminal Investigations Bureau, Street Crime Unit commenced an investigation into drug trafficking in the area of Churchill Ave in the Town of Oakville. Churchill Ave is just west of Oakville Place in the community of College Park.

In the early morning hours of Thursday, June 8, 2017, investigators conducted a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at an address on Haxton Heights in the Town of Milton.

Investigators arrested two males in relation to the investigation and seized approximately half a Kilogram of Cocaine, other related drug trafficking items and a quantity of cash.

The approximate street value of the seized Cocaine is $30,000.00

The following individuals have been charged with various drug related offences.

D’Shawn ROSE (24 years) of Milton.

  1. Trafficking in Cocaine
  2. Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
  3. Breach of Recognizance

ROSE was held for a bail hearing in Milton Court on June 8th.

Christopher MACNEVIN (40 years) of Oakville.

  • Possession of Cocaine
  • Possession of Methamphetamine

MACNEVIN was released on a Promise to Appear & Undertaking to appear in Milton Court on July 11, 2017.
