A Wroxeter Ontario man is facing child pornography charges following a two-month long investigation by members of the Halton Regional Police Service Internet Child Exploitation Unit.

On February 21, 2013 a Criminal Code search warrant was executed on a Oakville residence and a number of computers and data storage devices were seized.

The accused was arrested within the residence and held for a bail hearing.

ACCUSED Colby Fitch, (30 yrs) of Wroxeter, Ontario is charged with two counts of Possession of Child Pornography and making Available Child Pornography.

The Halton Regional Police Service is committed to proactive strategies to combat Internet Child Exploitation in addition to responding to incidents reported to police.
