Oakville Resident charged in Break & Enters

Halton Regional Police Truck - Ford 2014 Explorer

On Sunday, February 26, 2017, Halton Regional Police arrested a male believed to be responsible for several thefts and a break & enter in the Oakville area.

These incidents occurred between January 23, 2017 and February 15, 2017, and involved thefts from coin operated vending machines at three separate locations including a high school, an apartment building and a private business in Oakville.

Dennise NUNES, 40 years of Oakville is charged with the following offences and has been held for a bail hearing.

  • Break and Enter
  • Theft Under $5000 (3 counts)
  • Mischief Under $5000 (2 counts)
  • Fail to Comply Probation (3 counts)
  • Fail to Comply Recognizance (3 counts)
  • Possession of Break–In Instrument (3 counts)
