On Wednesday September 2, 2015 at approximately 5:30am, Halton Police responded to an altercation at a residence on Hixon Street in the Bronte neighbourhood of the Town of Oakville.

Upon arrival officers located a female who had been stabbed in the neck.

The 21-year-old Oakville resident was transported to a Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital and was treated for her injuries and released.

Subsequent investigation at the scene resulted in the arrest of a male in relation to this incident.

Accused:

Matthew HUDSON, 18 years of Toronto is charged with one count of Aggravated Assault.

HUDSON is being held for a bail hearing at Milton Court.
