Oakville Youth Arrested for Break & Enters this past weekend

On December 12th 2016, Halton Police arrested a 16 year old youth from Oakville in relation to several break and enters that occurred to homes in the Oakville area. These incidents occurred during the overnight hours of December 11th – 12th 2016. This individual has been previously arrested and charged for similar type incidents.

The youth has been charged with the following offences and held for a bail court hearing.

  1. Break and Enter – 4 counts
  2. Fail to Comply Recognizance – 10 counts
  3. Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marihuana)

Police remind the public to be vigilant and secure all doors and windows at night or when out of the house, also utilize any existing alarm systems and set exterior motion lights to operate overnight.
