On Thursday November 19, 2015 at 12:30am, a Halton patrol officer observed the accused, wanted by Toronto Police, in the area of Third Line and Merchants Gate in the Town of Oakville.
As the officer recognized the accused and attempted to stop him, the accused fled on foot causing a brief foot pursuit which led to the accused’s mother’s residence on Merchants Gate.
As the accused approached the residence, his mother dropped him a set of keys to gain entry.
The accused barricaded himself inside. Tactical Rescue Unit officers attended along with a negotiator and the accused was arrested and transported to the Oakville police station where he assaulted an officer.

The accused was wanted by Toronto Police on charges of Utter Threat and Fail to Comply with Probation, this warrant has been executed and the accused will be held for bail.
