Think “Small Business” this Christmas Season. Think “Bronte Village, Oakville”! Ti Vesto, a Boutique of unique fashion taste and design and Jupe Wardrobe Artisans, an affordable, trendy women’s clothing boutique in Bronte Village, Oakville, were both designed by sister teams!

Ti Vesto Boutique
A “Sister Act”, Claudia and Marila Russo have created a perfect team, making Ti Vesto Boutique on Lakeshore Road in Bronte Village a destination place to go for those looking for unique and comfortable fashions.

“We carry a maximum of 3 to 4 pieces of one style of many different designers,” said Claudia Russo, Ti Vesto Boutique’s owner. “All of our merchandise is manufactured in Europe and many of our designers and high couture brands use only organic, natural fibers and pure natural colour dyes. Ti Vesto also has the exclusive for all Canada of a new brand of wool, cotton leggings, Neoprene fabric pants and skirts enriched by gorgeous digital artistic printings by Dola’ ,Rome.”

Claudia also says that, “Providing a whole new take on fashion, neoprene is the perfect fabric for the fall and winter months. It keeps you warm and insulated for when those temperatures drop. Aside from blocking out the cold, this fabric offers a great amount of flexibility, making it comfortable to actually wear on a daily basis.” Visit: www.tivestoboutique.com

Jupe Wardrobe Artisans
Bronte is fortunate to boast two “Sister Acts!” Sisters Sherine Mansour and Sandra Boyle founded the Jupe store concept together, a concept they were passionate about. Growing up in a family where mom would sew their clothes and dance costumes, the two sisters have always had an appreciation for the artistry of clothing.

“Mom would soon move to bigger sewing projects – becoming a seamstress for the Canadian military,” reminisses Sherine Mansour, Jupe’s Owner/ Proprietor. “Our Mansour living room would be filled with soldiers’ uniforms and the whirring of the sewing machines in the basement could be heard throughout the house on a regular basis. It’s unquestionable that this is when Sandra and I learned to share a passion and our love of clothing first began.”

Jupe is located on the east side of Bronte Road in Bronte Village, and is the first step of Sherine and Sandra’s new adventure together. Visit: www.jupestores.com

The exquisite clothing found at Jupe is comfortable, wearable and affordable. Sherine says that she “wants your experience at Jupe to be both fun and rewarding.”  From Tuesday December 2nd to December 21st 2014 Jupe is holding an “Ugly Christmas Sweater Event.” If you wear your “Ugly Christmas Sweater” to the store, you will receive $25.00 off any sweater you purchase. Post a photo of you and your ugly Christmas sweater on Jupe’s Facebook page and you may win a $250.00 prize – should you receive the most ‘Likes’ for your picture. If you cannot get into the store, upload a ‘selfie’ of you and your sweater directly to the Jupe Facebook page – facebook.com/Jupeoakville and you will be entered into the contest as well.
