The TD Downtown Oakville Jazz Festival provides an amazing weekend for the entire family, this year the festival features a family fun zone, free bus shuttle from the Oakville GO Station and 6 stages with over 35 bands including:

LeE HARVeY OsMOND, aka Tom Wilson the melodic growling man and former Junkhouse member, is a Hamilton songwriter and progenitor of “Acid Folk.” He is a Juno nominated artist who will be bringing his growling melody to TD Towne Square Stage on Friday from 10:15p.m. – 11:45p.m.

Mitch Frohman, a six time Grammy winner is the leader of three of the most in demand Latin and Latin Jazz groups; The Bronx Horns, The Mambo Legends Orchestra and the Eddie Torres. Mitch returns to the festival this year to lead a children’s workshop the week leading up the festival. His performance with the Merriam Music Orchestra is the culmination this week long workshop and will showcase young talent next to a jazz great.

The Bros. Landreth are anchored by the bluesy wail of electric guitars, the swell of a B3 organ, and the harmonized swoon of two voices that were born to mesh. At first listen you might call it Americana but dig a little deeper and you’ll find their sound is distinct to the Canadian prairies. The Bros. Landreth won their first Juno in 2015.

Quinn Sullivan is a name that you are going to hear a lot of if you haven’t already. Sixteen year old Quinn Sulivan is gaining a reputation among todays most respected guitar players and musical artists. He has been touring the world with his mentor and friend Buddy Guy promoting his latest album “Getting There,” which was produced by Tom Hambridge.
