Halton Regional Police have laid twelve fraud related charges after a lengthy investigation involving a registered practical nurse at a local health care facility.

The victim, who was a patient where the accused was employed, had her identity and credit cards compromised in January 2013. Information came to light only after the accused was investigated for similar acts at another facility.

The accused, who was out on a Recognizance of Bail for the original 52 criminal charges was arrested on April 23, 2014.

He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.

  • Use Credit Card Data x 3
  • Attempt Fraud x 3
  • Identity Theft x 3
