On Friday, July 29th 2016, members of the Oakville Criminal Investigations Bureau – Street Crime Unit, along with the Tactical Rescue Unit and K9 Unit executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a residence on Ripley Court in the College Park neighbourhood of Oakville.
Investigators seized a quantity of drugs that included Cocaine, Oxycodone and Marihuana with an approximate street value of $2,400.00. They also located a loaded shotgun and a replica handgun from within the residence.
John David MARRIN, 22 years of Oakville was arrested and charged with the following offences. He was held for a bail hearing.
Robert TUTIC, 21 years of Oakville was also arrested and charged in relation to this investigation. He was released from custody to appear in Milton Court on August 30th.
