30 year old man arrested for Break & Enter at Oakville Place

​Halton Regional Police Service investigators have arrested and charged a 30 year old man from Oakville following a report of a break and enter at the Oakville Place Mall, on June 23, 2018.
Following a thorough investigation by members of the Oakville Street Crime Unit and with the assistance of security footage, he was identified and arrested on June 27, 2018 by members of the Tactical Rescue Unit.

A 30 year old man of Oakville was charged with the following Criminal Code Offences:

  1. Break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence
  2. Possession of a Schedule I controlled substance (3 Counts)
  3. Failing to comply with a probation order

He was held in custody pending a bail hearing.

At the time of the suspect’s arrest he was found to be in possession of 2.5 grams of heroin, morphine pills and Buprenorphine pills (an opioid derivative).
