Halton Police are pleased to report that David Richards, a 36 year old Oakville man has now been located by the police. We would like to thank all those who assisted in locating David​ ensuring his safety.

The Halton Regional Police Service need the public’s assistance in locating a 36 year old Oakville man who is possibly in crisis and needs assistance.

On Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at approximately 2:30 pm David Richards is 36 years old from Oakville. He was last seen in the Etobicoke area by friends. Halton Regional Police and friends are concerned for his safety.

David Richards is described as:

  1. male,
  2. Caucasian,
  3. 5’11”,
  4. 170 pds,
  5. blonde spiky hair and goatee.
  6. black bomber jacket with a fur trimmed hood.

He may be operating a red Chevrolet pick-up truck with Ontario licence # 1413YJ.
