The Town of Oakville is hosting the annual Seniors Picnic on Monday, June 23, 2014, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Coronation Park located at 1426 Lakeshore Road West.

The Seniors Picnic promises fun and excitement for all ages and features a talented group of dancers and musicians. Event highlights include:

  • Zumba demonstration from 11 to 11:45 a.m.
  • Guitgang performance from noon to 1 p.m.
  • Line dancing from 12:30 to 1 p.m.
  • Drumming circle from 1 to 2 p.m.
  • Caricature Artist, Cory the Clown and more!

Admission to the park is free and seniors are encouraged to invite friends, family and grandchildren. Pack a picnic lunch for the day or buy tasty barbecue fare at the event. Picnic-goers are encouraged to bring a lawn chair and sunscreen.
