You’ll drive strategic planning, performance excellence and the innovative delivery of municipal services, partnering with Mayor and Council in continuing to grow our community. You’ll oversee and guide the business plan, budgeting, and performance metrics, ensuring a forward-thinking approach to resources, organizational structures, and policies that foster sustainable economic development.
Alongside a degree and at least 10 years of executive-level experience in large, diverse organizations, you bring an in-depth understanding of advanced business practices and an enthusiasm for community-focused leadership. You’ll also inspire our professional and operational teams with a shared vision for our future, connecting meaningfully with our community and partners.
