Oakville News, in partnership with Oakville & Milton Humane Society, highlights a special pet in need of adoption every week.
Ruby and Fluffy are a pair of fun-loving best friends with big personalities. These one-year-old gals came to the OMHS when their previous owner could no longer care for them.
They do everything together — grooming, snuggling, exploring and playing side-by-side.
While they are inseparable and devoted to each other, sometimes they have a dramatic disagreement where you might catch a glimpse of some foot stomps or flick of the ears before they quickly go back to cuddling. They also love people almost as much as each other. They will happily hop over for attention, accept gentle pets and see if you have any treats for them to share.
For the month of February, all rabbit adoption fees are waived! Bring home a rabbit BFF or two and have some extra cash to give them an extra special welcome home. If you’re ready for double the love and double the fun, adopt Ruby and Fluffy at omhs.ca.
