Oakville News, in partnership with Oakville & Milton Humane Society, highlights a special pet in need of adoption every week.
Nala and Simba are inseparable siblings surrendered through no fault of their own; now searching for a forever home to rule over together.
Simba is a nine-year-old male who loves to dive right into adventure. He’s very curious, playful and loves to cuddle in your lap. When he's not napping or soaking up attention, he pounces and chases after spring toys with the energy of a kitten.
Nala is a gentle eight-year-old female who’s shy at first and prefers letting her brother take the lead. When she warms up to you, she loves attention, pets and flopping over to play with toys.
Just like many siblings, Simba and Nala love each other but will get into sibling spats when Nala tries to steal Simba's warm nap spot. They will give each other little bops on the face, push each other out of their beds, and make up for it later by cuddling together.
If these two seem like an ideal addition to your home, inquire about adopting them at omhs.ca.
For those interested in the Pet of the Week, please call the Oakville & Milton Humane Society at 905-845-1551 or visit omhs.ca for more information on the adoption process.
If you cannot find this pet’s profile on the OMHS website, then the pet has been adopted. Please consider adopting another one of their furry friends.
