Pinky is looking for her forever home.

Oakville News, in partnership with Oakville & Milton Humane Society, highlights a special pet in need of adoption every week.

Meet Pinky, a two-year-old rabbit found wandering outside a veterinary clinic before coming to our shelter.

She’s a sweet, shy girl who might be a little more reserved at first, but loves her cuddles and pats once she gets to know you.

Pinky has been enjoying her time at the shelter, getting showered with love and attention from our staff and volunteers. She loves to chew on her toys, take long naps and is an expert litter box user.

Pinky has a wonderful personality that she cannot wait to show off to her future family. If you’d like to make her a permanent addition to your family, please visit the OMHS website for more information.

OMHS is currently running a Hop-a-Thon adoption event for all rabbits available for adoption. From now until Aug. 31, all rabbit adoption fees are waived. The adoption application process still applies.  Visit our website for more info.

If you are interested in the Pet of the Week, please call the Oakville & Milton Humane Society at 905-845-1551 or visit omhs.ca for more information on the adoption process. If you cannot find this pet’s profile on the OMHS website, then they’ve been adopted.  Please consider adopting another one of their furry friends.
