We are looking for volunteers to assist with secure bike valet parking at the following events.

Midnight Madness – Friday July 19th –

Downtown Oakville – shifts are available from 5:30 pm to midnight.  Ideally we would like three volunteers at all times, and a minimum time commitment of three hours would be ideal.

Canadian Open – Monday July 22 to Sunday July 28

GranFondo Canada and Share the Road Cycling Coalition are partnering with Cycle Oakville to provide secure bike valet parking at the entrance of Glen Abbey Golf Course.  The bike valet will be open from 7 am to 7 pm.  For every six hours volunteering, volunteers will be able to get a grounds pass to go to the Open.

Jazzfest – Friday August 10 and Saturday August 11

Details TBA, but the event runs on the Friday evening, and Saturday afternoon evening.

Please contact cycleoakville@gmail.com if you can help.
