It’s warming up finally from this morning’s minus 11 to minus four by this afternoon and right through the evening. We’ll also be treated to sunshine from sunrise at 7:37 AM to sunset at 5:26 PM. The clouds will start rolling by this evening, bringing with them a 60 percent chance of scattered flurries. The wind continues to be strong with an average speed of 35 km/h and gusts up to 65 km/h.
