Weather: Freezing Rain Alert

Could it happen again – freezing rain is expected this evening as two storms systems collide. The sun rose at 7:52 AM, not that we saw it do to a layer of low clouds and foggy conditions. The temperature starts off at minus one, where it will hover between zero and minus two for the day and into the evening. The sun sets at 4:56 PM at which point the scatter snow will mix with rain, and then later turn to freezing rain. The east wind will reach an average speed of 35 km/h with gusts top 70km/h, so get prepared for another potential power outage.
