For Canada Day 2014 we’re are starting off this morning at plus 25 and feels like plus 35 with overcast skies. By this afternoon there is a 60 percent chance of rain, with the possibility of thunderstorms. The high will reach plus 30 and feel like plus 40. The wind is coming out of the south-west at 30 km/h with gusts reaching 60 km/h by this afternoon. The chance of rain this evening drops to 20 percent, so it appears as though Bronte’s Fireworks and party may be unaffected. The overnight low will drop to plus 19, but with the high humidity hanging on it will still feel like plus 25.
