Julia Upton, staff physician, Clinical Immunology & Allergy at SickKids Hospital, Assistant Professor, Paediatrics, U of T, and Chair, Anaphylaxis and Food Allergy Section, Cdn. Society of Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Upton will discuss the latest understanding of why food allergies have become so common, what can be done with respect to prevention, and current & possible future treatments for food allergies that have already developed in children and adults.
